1. Establish the South Tipperary Volunteer Centre as an equal, inclusive active, supportive and empowering service for volunteerism in South Tipperary.

2. Secure adequate human and programme resources to implement the volunteer support service needed for the centre.

3. Set up infrastructure and links needed including office base, website, mapping and contacting groups in South Tipperary.

4. Empower volunteers and organisations in South Tipperary to work towards excellence in managing and supporting volunteers and organisations.

5. South Tipperary Volunteer Centre will be the recognised contact point for volunteers and organisations.
